Tropical Antioxidant Smoothie

What You’ll Need

Serves 1

  • 1 serve of protein powder

  • 100ml calcium fortified soy milk

  • 100ml coconut water

  • 4 passionfruit frozen cubes

  • 1/2 fresh mango

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1 tbsp soy yoghurt

  • Chia seeds

Makes for a perf brekkie option or mid day snack when you’re in need of a refreshing little pick me up.

Method

  1. To a blender, add your liquid ingredients (can be altered to your desired consistency).

  2. Then add your frozen/fresh fruit, chia seeds, protein powder and yoghurt.

  3. Add extra yoghurt to your glass if desired and serve immediately.
