Tropical Antioxidant Smoothie
What Youβll Need
Serves 1
1 serve of protein powder
100ml calcium fortified soy milk
100ml coconut water
4 passionfruit frozen cubes
1/2 fresh mango
1/2 ripe banana
1 tbsp soy yoghurt
Chia seeds
Makes for a perf brekkie option or mid day snack when youβre in need of a refreshing little pick me up.
Method
To a blender, add your liquid ingredients (can be altered to your desired consistency).
Then add your frozen/fresh fruit, chia seeds, protein powder and yoghurt.
Add extra yoghurt to your glass if desired and serve immediately.
