Chia Maple Granola
What You’ll Need
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tsp cacao (optional)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
Pumpkin and sunflower seeds would be a beautiful addition for extra plant points- I just didn’t have them on hand.
Oats are such an underrated staple(!!) Containing beta glucan, a soluble fibre which supports regular digestion, a strong gut lining, and hormonal balance.
Method:
Stir all the ingredients, spread onto a lined tray and bake until golden (around 20-25 minutes). Then let it cool before breaking into clusters.
Store in an air tight container and enjoy. <33
