Chia Maple Granola

What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cacao (optional)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • Pumpkin and sunflower seeds would be a beautiful addition for extra plant points- I just didn’t have them on hand.

Oats are such an underrated staple(!!) Containing beta glucan, a soluble fibre which supports regular digestion, a strong gut lining, and hormonal balance.

Method:

  1. Stir all the ingredients, spread onto a lined tray and bake until golden (around 20-25 minutes). Then let it cool before breaking into clusters.
