A Little More About Me
It’s so lovely to have you here. <3333
I’m a ballerina turned non-diet dietitian, having completed both my Bachelor Degree of Health Science in Nutrition (BHSc) in 2023, and Master of Dietetics Studies (MDietSt.) in 2025, at the University of Queensland.
My path towards nutrition and dietetics was not an expected one. During my decade as a ballerina, I completed three years of training with Queensland Ballet under the direction of some of ballet’s most recognised dancers, including Mao’s Last Dancer, Li Cunxin. And prior to this, I studied at the McDonald College of Performing Arts in Sydney, where I spent much of my younger years dreaming of becoming a professional ballet dancer and touring the world. However, this dream was unfortunately reshaped after a series of injuries and illness.
I came to realise that much of my struggle stemmed from undernourishing, overtraining, and not having the knowledge to fuel myself or nurture a positive relationship with food and my body. This turning point led me to dietetics—a way of transforming my pain into purpose. Now, I feel deeply called to guide other dancers with the wisdom and support I once lacked, while also extending my knowledge to help those navigating challenges like digestive concerns and overall wellbeing.
Because of my own journey with healing and self discovery, I truly understand what it feels like to be disempowered. This is why I am so passionate about creating a gentle and inviting space for others to heal, nurture, and grow into their most nourished and vibrant selves. With warmth and compassion, I take a holistic, evidence based approach to nutrition—supporting not only the body, but also the mind and whole self. Whether you’re navigating uncomfortable digestive issues, recovery, or simply wishing to feel more at peace and fuelled in your daily life, you’re in the right place. It would be a joy to walk alongside you on your journey towards optimal health and wellbeing. My books are currently open, and I would love to support you in clinic, via Telehealth.
