Hi, I’m Bec. <3333
I’m a Dancer turned Dietitian (APD), currently based in Brisbane, Australia.
As a non-diet dietitian, I take a holistic and evidence based approach to nutrition—supporting you to nourish not just your body, but your mind and whole self. Whether you're navigating uncomfortable digestive issues, recovery, or simply wanting to feel more fuelled and at peace with food and yourself, you're in the right place.
In a consultation, we will gently explore your medical history, pathology results, eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals to get a broad picture of you and your wellbeing. Together, we’ll then create a personalised treatment plan that supports your goals and optimises your nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, with plenty of room for balance as well! <3333 This will help you on your way to having more energy, gut comfort and life beyond your plate!

Areas of Practice
With a background as a ballerina with Queensland Ballet, and living with IBS and food allergies myself, I am particularly interested in working with dancers and those living with digestive concerns. However, I also warmly welcome clients from all walks of life.
