Meet Bec, Dietitian and Nutritionist based in North Brisbane, Aus.
A former ballet dancer now dietitian, Bec has a huge passion for helping women to discover their version of balance, shifting the focus away from restriction and chasing smaller bodies.
Bec’s own struggles with health, food and body image have shaped the way she practices today. For so many years Bec believed that being “healthy” and to make it as a professional dancer, meant becoming the smallest version of herself, which only led her down a path of injuries and illness. Becoming a Dietitian has given Bec the knowledge, perspective and understanding she only hoped to have had when she was younger, now guiding the care she offers others.
Bec currently consults via Telehealth in her own online clinic, and is now also offering in clinic appointments at Nutrition Wisdom on Thursdays, at Taringa, Clayfield and Ipswich.
